Minimum Requirements

It is the professional's responsibility to use any products purchased from HNS in accordance with HNS Assessment Qualification requirements, applicable professional guidelines, including all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. HNS products are meant to be used as tools to supplement the professional in the overall assessment process, and are not intended or designed to be used alone or replace professional judgement.

Each HNS health assessment product is designated Level I, II or III. The levels correspond to different minimum professional requirements needed for the assessment tool to be used. Most professionals with at least some clinical experience will be able to qualify for the majority of Level II tests, which consists of pain and disability assessment tools.
